Yoga is one of the most popular methods for improving flexibility and strength. It’s a low-impact workout that is perfect for those who hate cardio and lifting weights! It’s also a great way to relax your body and reduce anxiety. We offer two styles of yoga:

Gentle, restorative yoga – a slower-paced flow with an emphasis on alignment and breath work. Mild sun salutations, balancing postures, and core work for all abilities. This is a beginner class designed for anyone with physical limitations and those who feel too self-conscious to try a traditional yoga class. Classes are 60 minutes and led by certified instructors who teach at local hospitals.

Hatha yoga – Beginners yoga at an easy pace, focuses on linking breath to movement with more challenging stretches and poses than in the Gentle class. Each class ends with a short group meditation. No previous yoga experience is required. Classes are 75 minutes.

You may bring your own mat or use one of ours. Our resident cats will be around to inspire you with their stretches, and if they aren’t too sleepy, entertain you as well!

Weekdays: $7 with reservation | $10 day of class
Weekends: $12 with reservation | $15 day of class

Class cancellation policy: At the request of our instructors, classes with fewer than 4 participants signed up 48 hours prior to the class will be cancelled. If a class is cancelled, all paid reservations will be notified by email and receive a full refund. Thank you for understanding.
