Ready to begin?
Weeknight small group meditation: Join us every Monday and Thursday night at 5:45 pm for mentor-led guided meditation. Topics and styles vary each time, so attending is a great way to explore the different ways of meditating.
5:45-6:00: Unwind from your day with our cats
6:00: Meditation begins. Duration 10-30 mins
end of meditation-6:45: Discussion and kitty zen time
Weekend group meditation: Twice a month join us for guided meditation led by a certified instructor. Times, topics, and styles vary. Each session begins with 15 minutes of kitty zen time and then an hour of meditation.
