Guided Meditation Sessions
We host group mindfulness meditation sessions once a month! Each session is 60 minutes long and led by a certified instructor. You will engage in meditation techniques that you can practice easily at home. Topics vary each month. Sessions are $15 with RSVP, $20 at the door.
Sunday, November 11, 6:30 pm – Topic: Sound Meditation – Relax into a bath of sound healing vibrations. This class will use Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Tingsha cymbals, ocean drums and rain sticks to bring balance and harmony to the body. The purpose is to include relaxation, explore personal inquiry and open the heart. Feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket!
