• Weeknight drop-in meditation: Join us every Monday and Thursday night at 5:45 pm for mentor-led guided meditation. “Mellow Mondays” present a different style each week. “Thoughtful Thursdays” have a new mindfulness topic each week. Attending as many as you can is a great way to explore the different ways of meditating.

    6:00: Meditation begins, duration 15-30 mins
    End of meditation to 6:45: Discussion and kitty zen time
  • Weekend group meditation: Twice a month join us for guided meditation led by a certified instructor. Times, topics, and styles vary – check the calendar for more info. Each session begins with 15 minutes of kitty zen time and then an hour of meditation.

All of our classes are open to any skill level, whether you’ve never tried yoga before or have been practicing for years. Our certified teachers adjust their instruction to the skill level of the participants. We keep class sizes small so that no one is left behind or ignored.   • Gentle, Restorative Yoga: This class is ideal for anyone with physical limitations and those who feel too self-conscious to try a traditional yoga class. Restore strength and flexibility through a slow-paced flow of gentle poses. Blocks and/or towels are provided for those who need extra support. Our teachers lead similar classes at local hospitals.
    15 minutes of kitty zen time then 60 minutes of yoga. Select Sundays @ 10:30 am
  • Hatha Yoga: This class focuses on linking your breath to simple, fluid movements to gently open the body and calm the mind. Great for releasing tension in the body and building core strength. Class includes brief meditation and breath work.
    75 mins of yoga followed by 15 minutes of kitty zen time. 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month @ 10 am
  • HathaFlow + ZenCat Restore: Why not have the best of both yogi worlds? In this class you will! For the first half of class expect various free ranged postures, with focus towards a slowly relaxed flow sequence linking breath to movement. Poses in this class are often held longer aiding in releasing muscles and the tension of the body from everyday stress. In this class we will stretch, strengthen, balance, and benefit in not only flexibility, but also body awareness. The second half of the class is a Restorative Zen style approach that may mesh Pranayama breathing exercises and restorative relaxation poses for the ultimate bliss. Great for beginners, intermediates, or anyone who simply wants to move a little – then meditate! Everyone’s welcome, encouraged, and always has the choice to do what their body needs for individual nourishment. Feel free to bring your own towel, blanket, blocks, straps, or props of your choice but keep in mind that the cats may want to play with them!

  • SilverSneakers Yoga: Move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Finish with restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation to promote reduced stress and mental clarity. This class is designed for all skill levels, and can be adapted for common chronic conditions.
    Special discounts: This class is free for SilverSneakers members, $10 for college students with ID, $10 for age 60 and up.
    45-60 minutes of yoga followed by 15 minutes of kitty zen time. Every Wednesday @ 10 am

  • When you arrive, please check in at reception.
  • Upon entering the main room, please silence your cell phone and remove your shoes. You may put your shoes and other belongings in the cubbies.
  • There is no dress code but we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that won’t be a distraction during your yoga or meditation practice.
  • For yoga classes, you may bring your own mat or borrow one of ours if you’re concerned about cats scratching or biting your mat. This isn’t a common occurrence but it does happen.
  • If you’re allergic to cats, let us know at check-in so we can turn our air filters on high to make you more comfortable.
